Gentle Journal Prompts

Journaling can be a helpful way to reflect after sessions or check in with yourself between appointments. There’s no right or wrong way to do it, just let your thoughts meet the page.

  • What’s something I noticed about myself today?
  • what emotion am I feeling right now, and what might be underneath it?
  • What’s one thing I want to offer myself more of this week (patience, rest, movement, connection)?
  • What felt meaningful or unexpected in my last session?
  • What do I need to hear most right now?

Use these as a guide or create your own that reflect where you are on your journey.
